Want to know where your fitness stands right now? You don’t need to be a pro athlete, just willing to take it on.
Sufu Training (an Official HYROX Affiliate Gym) is hosting an official HYROX PFT, using the same standardized specs as the rest of the world to measure your all-round fitness baseline.
📍 Sun 21 Jun 2026, 13:00–15:00 · Sufu Training Yonghe (11 min walk from Yongan Market MRT)
What is the PFT?
The PFT (Physical Fitness Test) is HYROX’s official fitness assessment: six standardized items completed back-to-back, giving you a score on the same yardstick used worldwide. It’s shorter and lower-barrier than a full race, and the most direct way to find out where you stand, or to check your training progress. Your first test is your baseline; test again later and you’ll see the gains.
Test items (completed in order, back-to-back)
- Run: 1,000 m (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
- Burpee Broad Jumps: 50 reps (90 cm broad jump)
- Stationary Lunges: 100 reps (fully extended)
- Row: 1,000 m
- Push-ups: 30 reps (hand release)
- Wall Balls: 100 reps (6 kg male / 4 kg female)
If you’ve taken our small-group strength and cross-training classes, none of this is new: lunges, wall balls, rowing and burpees are all weekly regulars.
