Yes. Our Basic Strength class is designed for complete beginners, and with max 8 people per class, your coach pays attention to everyone. They'll adjust intensity to your level in real time. You won't be "the weakest one" — everyone started at zero.

Safety is our top priority. Coaches teach from the most basic movements and only increase weight once your form is solid. Our students range from elementary school kids to people in their 60s — all training safely.
